On Monday, February 6, I am beginning a new journey into fitness and healthy eating. My sister is my coach in a program called TFL or Totally Fit Life. I have a 10 day boot camp that I know is more mental than anything else, but I am nervous about it. It has fairly strict guidelines, basically to jump-start your body for some changes. Once the boot camp is over I can go back to fairly regular eating, within reason. Anyway- I don’t plan on outlining the entire program here. I think what I will do is report progress on inches lost, new workouts, any decent recipes I come up with and my overall feelings on the whole experience. I haven’t decided if I will post my goals, I think I would actually prefer to keep them private for a while. At any rate, keep an eye out for the ranting and ravings of a fitness challenged home school mom of 2!!
